Where are Berkeley Bowl stores located?
There are two Berkeley Bowl locations in Berkeley, California. Your online order will be sourced from Berkeley Bowl West ONLY (920 Heinz Avenue). This is also the pickup location for your online order.

Pickup & Delivery
How are the online orders fulfilled?
You can either choose to “Pick Up” your order at our store or have it “Delivered” to the address of choice. The delivery radius is 15 miles from Berkeley Bowl West (920 Heinz Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94710)
Can I choose "Pick Up" or Delivery time?
Absolutely! You choose Pick Up or Delivery Time of your preference before placing an order.
Do you offer Same Day Delivery or "Pick Up"?
Absolutely! We take a huge pride in offering convenience of the Same Day Delivery & “Pick Up”.
What should I do if I cannot locate my delivery?
If you can no longer contact the delivery driver yourself, please call (510) 898-2345 ASAP so we may try and reach the driver on your behalf. Please also double check to see if your driver left the order in a hidden location such as behind potted plants, or under front steps.
What should I do if my delivery is missing a bag?
If you can no longer contact the delivery driver yourself, please call (510) 898-2345 ASAP so we may try and reach them on your behalf. The total number of bags you received will match the number quoted on the bag labels. If there are two or more labels on one of your bags, this means your personal shopper placed a loose product within that bag, such as a frozen product.

Is there any minimum to place an order?
For your convenience, the information about minimum order is always displayed during the Checkout before placing an order.
Is there any fee for Online Ordering?
Any fees associated with online ordering are always displayed during the Checkout before placing an order.
Why is my credit card charged different amount than my order total?
When you place your order, instead of immediately charging your card, we place a temporary authorization hold for an amount slightly higher than your order total at checkout. We place this authorization hold in case your total turns out to be higher due to added items, replacement items, or weight adjustments. After the order is complete, the hold will drop off, and your card will be charged for the final total as shown in the email receipt. The final charge will appear on the statement within 7 business days after order completion.
Order Changes & Product Availability
What if an item I ordered is not available?
It happens in rare situations! We will replace or remove the item from your order as per Replacement preference specified by you before placing the order.
Can I make changes to the order once it is placed?
Yes, you can make changes up to few hours before the Pick Up or Delivery Time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Please return unopened items with proof of purchase to Berkeley Bowl West.
- All returns must have the ORIGINAL RECEIPT
- All returns must be made within 30 DAYS of purchase.
- All sales are FINAL on Bulk, Floral, Frozen, Refrigerated and Perishable items, unless defective.
- All special orders are FINAL (no returns accepted).
- Store Credit will be given on all authorized returns. NO CASH REFUNDS.
- Alcoholic beverages are subject to state and local restrictions and returns will
only be accepted in accordance with A.B.C. (Alcoholic Beverage Control) regulations. RETURNS MAY BE DENIED. - All returns are subject to MANAGER’S APPROVAL.
What should I do if I received the wrong item, or something is missing?
Please email us at customersupport@berkeleybowl.com with the name of the product you were expecting to receive, along with a photo of the incorrect product. Please allow us up to 48 hours to respond as we investigate the issue.

Can I special order whole cases of product?
All special orders need to be placed by calling our customer service desk, for in-store pickup only. To place your order, please call (510) 898-9555 ext.0 and tell the representative that you would like to place a special order.
